If you work with Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM), semiconductor metrology, advanced instrumentation or nanoscale measurement, we'd like to talk to you. At Infinitesima, we're developing AFM technology specifically for the demands of semiconductor manufacturing.

Our technology helps semiconductor manufacturers measure and understand increasingly complex structures at the nanoscale, and we're growing our Applications Engineering capability in Japan.
