Infinitesima attends ISIG Korea 2026.

The discussion explored how AI has fundamentally changed the semiconductor roadmap, and how the evolution of semiconductor manufacturing is creating a growing gap between what manufacturers now need to measure and what traditional metrology techniques were designed to deliver.

At Infinitesima, this is the challenge we are addressing.

Our Metron®3D metrology system, built on our Rapid Probe Microscope (RPM™) technology, allows semiconductor manufacturers to see and measure tiny features in three dimensions at production speed. This helps manufacturers spot issues earlier, improve process control, increase yield and ultimately accelerate the production of next-generation semiconductor devices.

As AI continues to drive demand for more advanced semiconductor technology, the ability to accurately measure and control increasingly complex three-dimensional structures will be critical.
