Reporting to: Worldwide Applications Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Marketing Director to build relationships with NA customers.
• Be the primary customer contact for applications of Infinitesima products
• Support business development, through running samples, presenting data, writing reports, conference presentations and other means
• Support the customer in data collection & method development by understanding their applications and optimising the system & recipe parameters
• Drive applications projects to meet customer requirements
• Present the product and associated results to customers in a professional way
• Trouble shoot application performance to diagnose system operation & setup issues
